Christina Becker-Birck is Vice President of Cadmus’ government climate and energy portfolio and is a recognized leader in the clean energy, climate resilience, and international development spaces. She has over 15 years of experience working closely with national governments, financial institutions, and companies in jurisdictions around the world on strategies and programs to reduce private sector investment barriers. She has deep expertise in the North American, Caribbean and African markets.
Before joining Cadmus, Christina led the international energy and climate practice as Vice President of Meister Consultants Group. Prior to that, she conducted investor research on how policy design affects investor risk with Deutsche Bank and held positions at Volkswagen and the German Marshall Fund of the United States. Christina is currently serving her first term as an appointed advisor to the U.S. Department of Commerce Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Advisory Committee, serving as Vice Chair of the Export Competitiveness Subcommittee. Christina holds a dual Master in Public Policy and Public Administration from the London School of Economics and the Hertie School of Governance and a bachelor’s degree from Skidmore College. She is on the Board of Directors of A Better City and an Advisory Board Member and Policy Expert for the Clean Energy Solutions Center, and she chairs the Policy Committee of the Caribbean Green Technology Center of the University of the Virgin Islands.

Danielle brings 10+ years of Shell experience from Upstream Oil and Gas and Offshore Wind; Danielle currently works on new opportunities in Offshore Wind (seabed leases) in North and South America and manages technical team members in Shell's 2 Offshore Wind Joint Ventures in the US. Danielle has been in the offshore wind space since 2019 supporting SouthCoast Wind - there she worked on integrated technical decisions, project planning, site characterization, permitting, and grid interconnection. Prior to joining offshore wind, Danielle worked in offshore oil and gas. She supported operations and project execution for multiple Deepwater platforms in the Gulf of Mexico, including living and working offshore on the Mars Tension Leg Platform.

Danielle holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University and is currently in the executive MBA program at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Danielle lives in Boston with her husband David, their toddler Ezra, and dog, Penny. Danielle's an avid reader and podcast listener and passionate about energy policy and the energy transition!

Elizabeth Lefevre is currently one of three Process Engineering Managers for Technip Energies’ Boston Office where she manages the career paths for 10-12 engineers and functions as Process Supervisor on various chemical and petrochemical projects. She has over 37 years of experience in technology and process design, notably, Badger’s Ethylbenzene / Styrene Monomer and Cumene processes. She leads cross-functional, multi-office teams for both large (>1MM$) and small projects. Elizabeth enjoys mentoring younger engineers through the office mentorship program and is passionate about sustainable processes like solar and wind energy and the circularity of polymers. Elizabeth has both a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering Practice and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Cara Yu is a student from Toronto, currently pursuing a double major in Economics and Environmental Science & Public Policy at Harvard University. She is interested in exploring how policy can shape and influence energy markets.

Last summer, Cara had the opportunity to intern at Qcells, an experience that shed light on the crucial role that policy plays in accelerating the adoption of solar energy. In the past, she has taken on various roles, including ESG consulting, impact investing, collaborating with NGOs dedicated to climate adaptation, and initiating a self-directed project focused on optimizing energy usage in agriculture.
