Megy Karydes writes about health and wellness, lifestyle, travel, and home topics. Her work has appeared in National Geographic, The Atlantic, USA Today, Eating Well, and other national publications. She also works with clients on their marketing communications needs whether it's writing annual reports, website content, public relations outreach, or project management. She's an adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University teaching graduate-level communications courses. When she's not working, she's pulling weeds or gardening as a form of stress relief.
