WEN Greater Albany is hosting an informational event and CLE which will provide background and overview of the developments in the NY Cap and Invest Program. Our speakers will include Caitlin Stephen, Esq., Bureau Chief; Climate, Air & Energy and NYS DEC and Kara Paulsen, Esq., Senior Attorney; Climate Section; NYS DEC. This will be open to newly admitted and experienced attorneys along with non-attorneys, the program provides 1.0 credit in professional practice.
