Fullbright holds the 2015 Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters Award, for her work as an investigative reporter. Also, she holds the 2014 OAB award for “Best News Feature.” She was inducted into the 50th Annual Oklahoma Journalism Hall of Fame and was chosen as an honoree in the year 2020. She holds 2 Emmy Awards. One of them was for her report on a Tulsa police officer who got shot and killed in the line of duty, and the other one was for her report on a house fire that killed 5 people.

Fullbright also holds other honors and awards. The Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters awarded her Best Investigative Piece Award in the year 2008. She was named a “Newsie” for being a favorite reporter in the year 2013 by the Tulsa Press Club. She holds a Society of Professional Journalists(SPJ) award for investigative reporting in the year 2008. In the year 2005, she received an Appreciation Award from the Tulsa Police Department Citizen. She was recognized with Tulsa’s Sigma Gamma Rho Status of Women honor in the year 2005. In 2003, she received a Best of Broadcast award for “Best Reporter.” She won a Pinnacle Award in the year 2004, which was presented by the Tulsa Mayor’s Commission on the Status of Women. For her story about a murder suspect who surrendered to her at the News On 6 studios, she holds a KATY Award.

The FHA/HERO Life Time has recognized Fullbright with an achievement honor, and the DARE, with an achievement award. Fullbright, formerly, was a board member of the Citizens Crime Commission that operated the Alert Neighbor and Crime Stoppers programs. Also, she was a board member of the International Association of Cold Case Investigators, as well as the Operation Hope Prison Ministry. Additionally, she has been an adjunct professor, where she taught broadcasting classes at Tulsa Community College.
