Sabrina Kristobak joined EIV Capital in 2022 and currently serves as an associate. Her responsibilities include due diligence on prospective investments, transaction structuring and execution, portfolio company monitoring, and general industry research.
Prior to joining EIV Capital, Sabrina served as a business development manager for Air Liquide where she was responsible for developing large-scale business across North America with chemical, refining, cement, and metals customers to underwrite the construction of new Air Liquide facilities. Along with identifying new business and working with prospective customers, this role included negotiating contracts and presenting investments for internal approval.
Prior to business development, she was part of Air Liquide’s finance team where she analyzed and presented financial results for an entity with an annual revenue of close to $2B. As well as led the five-year strategic planning cycle for their Large Industries entity in the US and Canada including identification of growth opportunities, capital planning, and commercial & operational excellence initiatives. Prior to this she was a product supply manager in Air Liquide’s Operations Control Center, a team responsible for overseeing operations of >2000 miles of pipeline in the US Gulf Coast serving >350 customers.
She began her career with Air Liquide in their leadership development program where she rotated between four Air Liquide entities in operations and business roles in Texas, Pennsylvania, California, and Paris.
Sabrina earned a B.S. in chemical engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and participated in a London Business School executive education program in strategy and leadership. She served on the board of the Women’s Energy Network for several years as Director of Educational Programming and held the positions of Executive Events Chair and Chief of Staff.
