Iris L. Bradley, CPL/ESA has more than 45 years of oil and gas experience managing assets in both a fiduciary setting and exploration environment.

Serving as Regional Manager for the Dallas Office, Iris works with a team of six (6) seasoned Oil and Gas Professionals to serve the Austin, Houston, San Antonio and Western U.S. Private Bank Markets for JPMorgan. Her regular assignments include – negotiation and granting Oil and Gas Leases in addition to other critical documents regarding Mineral Management, daily review of issues surrounding mineral ownership including payment of taxes, working interest management, title and ownership review and resolution and monthly revenue analysis, in addition to providing information regarding the assets to the client. Iris has worked for E&P companies as well as several financial institutions providing oil and gas advice and management.

Iris is a graduate of SMU with a B.F.A. in Journalism and is a Certified Professional Landman (CPL) and Environmental Site Assessor (ESA).

Iris was awarded the prestigious Blankenship Horizon Award in 2023 presented by the American Association of Professional Landmen The AAPL Educational Foundation established the Blankenship Family Horizon Award in 2019 to recognize a trailblazing female land professional who is a leader in our industry and has distinguished herself within the industry, in her career and has supported AAPL and its mission.
