Camie Carlock McKee is an associate in the Energy, Power and Natural Resources Practice Group in Haynes Boone’s Dallas office. Her practice focuses on energy transactions, including crude oil and natural gas. She represents oil and gas companies in acquisition and divestiture transactions through asset or equity sales, in addition to upstream energy companies, banks and private capital providers on traditional debt and non-traditional financing transactions.
Camie graduated magna cum laude from Washington and Lee University and earned her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law. She is an active member of the Washington and Lee University Dallas Alumni Chapter and was named Distinguished Young Alumna at her 10-year reunion. She continues her service to The University of Texas as a board member of the Texas Energy Law Association and member of the Kay Bailey Hutchison Center for Energy, Law & Business Associate Advisory Council.
