ABOUT: This session will explore how the Supply Chain Automation Workforce Hub (the Hub)—an industry intermediary for the U.S. Department of Labor focusing on the supply chain and advanced manufacturing sectors—partners with employers to strengthen talent pipelines and develop a skilled workforce through Registered Apprenticeship (RA) programs.



As a no-cost, one-stop solution, the Hub connects employers, educational institutions, and workforce organizations to recruit and train skilled workers in supply chain and advanced manufacturing, ensuring a seamless approach to workforce development.

    Dina Igoe is the Workforce Communications Lead and Sr. Program Associate at Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG) with over 20 years of experience with a proven track record of driving communications initiatives, defining problems and developing and executing plans, corporate messaging, thought leadership strategy, positioning, training, and pull through. Ms. Igoe directs internal partners to identify opportunities, develop and implement strategies, and leverage in-person and virtual communications and outreach while measuring impact to drive results. She partners with cross-functional marketing and creative teams to streamline messaging, devise compelling presentations, and embrace innovative communications methods to illustrate key ideas. Currently, Ms. Igoe serves as a project and task leader for business development and marketing on MSG’s Apprenticeship Programs through Industry Intermediaries contract with the U.S. Department of Labor. In her role, Ms. Igoe supports employers, secondary and post-secondary education institutions, workforce development organizations and other stakeholders to provide high-quality Registered Apprenticeship programs for career seekers in supply chain automation. Prior to MSG, she was the Director of Communications and Outreach at the National Institute of Metalworking Skills (NIMS). Ms. Igoe has a BA from The George Washington University.
