Manjula Bagli is the Public Funding Manager-Americas at Technip Energies, Inc, USA. She provides stakeholder engagement and government funding analysis and pursuit support to T.EN business teams. She is currently focused on funding from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) and the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). Prior to Technip Energies, she helped Bloom Energy map and harness funding from the IIJA and IRA, including leading RFP/RFI responses.

During her 10+ years at Development Finance International Inc (www.DFIntl.com), Manjula set up their Clean Energy Practice and delivered market growth, stakeholder engagement, and increased adoption of clean technologies for her clients. She helped her clients design and execute programs resulting in multimillion-dollar energy transition and renewable energy projects in emerging markets.

Manjula started her career as an analyst in the financial services sector in India. She has spent 15 + years living, traveling and working in Asia, Africa India, and about 12 years working in USA. Manjula recently located to California from the Midwest. She is excited to be one of the founding committee members at WEN California and this year’s programming chair (NorCal).

Over my 12 years of experience with Technip Energies, I had the opportunity to navigate through different roles and responsibilities within the company. My background in mechanical engineering forged the early years of my career and my various experiences led me to my current position as a Project Manager. I am a strong believer that human values play a key role in the success of our business and this is why it is primordial to promote diversity and inclusion as a core value.
