WEN CONNECTIONS

Women's Energy Network Greater Pittsburgh is excited to announce WEN CONNECTIONS.


Formerly known as the Mentoring Program, WEN CONNECTIONS is a mentoring and coaching program developed to promote professional development and foster long-lasting relationships between women in the energy industry. As of the end of 2023, over 50 members of WEN Greater Pittsburgh have participated in the program, including executive-level members with over 10 years of experience in the energy industry as well as junior members looking to grow and develop. The program duration is approximately 6 months and runs from May to December. Please see the tentative program schedule below:


Speed Networking: April 25, 2024

Program Sign Ups: Early May 2024

Pairing Event: Late May 2024


In-person or virtual meetings between each coaching/mentoring pair, frequency determined by the pair will take place from June 2024 through November 2024


We will also hold optional monthly group meetups covering topics selected by the cohort.


Wrap-Up Dinner: December 2024

Recordings Prohibited

WEN is an organization that provides educational opportunities to members and nonmembers; however, recording of the presentation, speaker, and / or content is prohibited. The presentation is the property of the speaker and/or their organization and is not to be removed from the event without prior written consent. The Board may and will take remedial action against any individual, member, or any program participant in the event of non-adherence to this policy. Such action may range from a private or company-led warning to suspension of WEN membership for a stated term or a prohibition on attending future WEN events.
