The WEN Houston Mentoring Committee is pleased to invite you to register for the upcoming 2023/2024 program year! Please follow the instructions below to register for this year's program. There will be a few changes this year, so please be sure to read the full invite.

Program Details

Sponsored by the WEN Houston organization, the Mentoring Program is an incredible opportunity to network with peers, colleagues, and mentors from across the greater Houston area. Participants will join a small Mentoring Circle (usually <10 Mentees) with assigned Mentors who will help guide the group through monthly discussions on topics that support the chosen development theme for each year. The program follows a school-semester calendar starting each August and concluding in May. Included in the program are four events organized by the Mentoring Program Committee, including an Opener, two themed workshops, and a Closer event to wrap up the year.

Registration

Please use the event sign-up (Glue-Up registration can be accessed via the link in the WEN logo at the top of the invite e-mail) and the links below to register for the 2023/2024 Mentoring Program. Registration will close August 1st.

This year, the program is instituting a registration fee of $55 for individual members, and $55 for individuals under a corporate membership for both mentors and mentees. You must register for this event as your official acknowledgement and commitment to be a part of the mentoring program.

These fees will help support the program development and events. There are a few changes to the event registration style as well that are being implemented to further our efforts towards continual improvement of the program experience for all participants. More details are below for Mentor and Mentee registration information.

Mentors

After registration applications are reviewed and accepted, Mentors will be assigned to Mentoring Circles this year based on the available circles and mentor location preference. Please note that there may not be open spots for everyone. We invite those who are not placed as a Mentor to consider joining as Mentees to continue to provide your valuable experience and feedback to the program.

If you are interested in joining as a Mentor this year, please utilize the event sign-up link and the Cognito form below (please DO NOT sign up for a mentoring circle slot via Sign Up Genius, as the Mentoring Committee will be assigning mentors to each circle in a separate exercise).

Mentees

If you are interested in joining as a Mentee this year, please utilize the event sign-up link and BOTH forms below to complete your registration via Cognito and to choose your preferred circle location and time slot via the Sign Up Genius form below.
