Set in the calming atmosphere of L&A Healing Studio, this event offers a unique blend of sound bath meditation and networking with fellow women in energy. Participants will rotate between a 30-minute sound bath meditation session led by the talented Mecca and a networking session with light bites and beverages in the studio's welcoming storefront.


Come dressed casually for a relaxing evening of sound bath meditation and networking. We invite you to bring blankets, eye masks, or anything else that helps you unwind. It's the perfect opportunity to relax, recharge, and make meaningful connections.
