    Miranda Walker is a highly accomplished and visionary HR Leader with nearly 20 years of experience in driving strategic HR initiatives, across private and public sectors, primarily in the energy sector. With a proven track record of success in companies ranging from Fortune 500 enterprises like Kinder Morgan to midstream companies like Magellan Midstream Partners/ONEOK, she possesses a deep understanding of all aspects of HR, including compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, employee engagement, labor relations, learning and development, and HR operations and technology.

    As the Director of Compensation at Kinder Morgan, she leads the development and implementation of compensation strategies for a workforce of 11,000 employees, ensuring market competitiveness and aligning with business objectives. Previously as a Leader of Total Rewards at Magellan Midstream Partners, she spearheaded the design and implementation of comprehensive total reward programs, including compensation, benefits, wellbeing, telework, incentive, and equity fostering employee engagement and driving business success.

    Miranda holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oklahoma State University. She is a highly respected and recognized HR professional with certifications including Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP), Certified Compensation Professional – Canada (CCP-C), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
