Our featured speaker, Megy Karydes, author of "50 Ways to More Calm, Less Stress," will delve into scientifically proven techniques for alleviating anxiety and enhancing mental well-being. During this engaging event, Megy will share practical tips and tricks on effective stress management that you can apply in your daily life.

Megy Karydes writes about health and wellness, lifestyle, travel, and home topics. Her work has appeared in National Geographic, The Atlantic, USA Today, Eating Well, and other national publications. She also works with clients on their marketing communications needs whether it's writing annual reports, website content, public relations outreach, or project management. She's an adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University teaching graduate-level communications courses. When she's not working, she's pulling weeds or gardening as a form of stress relief.
