Lemar was an Executive Professor at Texas A&M University's Mays Business School, teaching the Capstone Project Course to Executive MBA students.
In her final role at Shell, she led Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures in Upstream Americas, overseeing the $630 million divestment of Shell's Eagle Ford Shale to Sanchez Energy Corp. As Vice President of the Cove Point Liquified Natural Gas terminal, Lemar managed Shell's regasification capacity, including P&L responsibility, risk management/hedging, shipping, and ESG considerations.
She holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She interned and worked for Goldman Sachs after business school. Lemar rejoined Shell as the Strategy & Portfolio Analyst for Exploration & Production (E&P) Americas. Lemar started at Shell after undergraduate school as an engineer. She currently serves on several non-profit boards and lives in Texas with her husband and son.
