During this program, personal branding expert and Head of Digital Communications at Enel North America, Alvaro Bendrell, will guide you in building a strong personal brand on LinkedIn from the ground up.

This workshop series will begin with a virtual event on January 30th, followed by two in-person, interactive sessions. Details for the in-person events will be shared in the coming weeks. Participants can choose to attend one, two, or all three events.

    Alvaro Bendrell is an award-winning communications professional, personal branding expert, and international speaker - named one of the 2024 Top PR innovators in the Americas by Provoke Media. While still in college, Alvaro ran a life-saving Facebook campaign for his niece, discovering the potential of social media for impactful results and the greater good. This experience sparked a 10+ year career in digital communications and the clean energy industry, spanning from Peru to the U.S.
    Currently, Alvaro is the Director of Digital Communications at Enel North America, a leading player in the U.S. renewables sector. He oversees the creation and execution of communications campaigns across social and paid media to accelerate the clean energy transition. He also manages the brand ambassadors’ program and LinkedIn initiatives for C-executives, leveraging social media to drive business results.
    Alvaro has conducted numerous training sessions and speaking engagements on social media, growth mindset, and personal branding across South America, Europe, and the U.S. As an immigrant thriving in the U.S., he is dedicated to helping other communicators push their boundaries and advance their careers. Alvaro is married to Maril and is eagerly anticipating his most beautiful life challenge this year: becoming a parent.
