Caroline Dunn is Project Canary’s Vice President of Product. She is responsible for product and innovation, driving new product development, technology partnerships, and new market exploration to fulfill Project Canary’s mission. Prior to Project Canary, she worked at ExxonMobil as an engineer implementing downstream projects, and then NY Green Bank leading structured finance transactions to invest in projects reducing greenhouse gas emissions.Caroline holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Dawn Lima joined Foss & Company in May of 2022. As Vice President of Renewable Energy and Sustainable Technologies, she manages all aspects of the transaction lifecycle for both solar and carbon capture utilization and sequestration (CCUS) investments. Additionally, Ms. Lima works to identify and develop new CCUS opportunities for the company. Ms. Lima has over two decades of experience in full cycle of oil & gas energy development including: operations, business development and acquisitions & divestitures. A graduate from the Canadian Royal Military College of Canada, Ms. Lima holds a B.Eng. in Chemical & Materials Engineering and received her commission as an Officer in the Canadian Airforce. She is based out of the Denver office.

Her expertise spans climate technology, energy, sustainability, internet infrastructure, private equity, and consumer goods. Her passion is to uncover new markets, innovative marketing tactics, and understanding customer and employee behavior to fuel innovation and business expansion.

Throughout her career, she has steered leading brands like Procter & Gamble, Nestlé, Alibaba.com, Project Canary, Sephora, Manna Tree, Axon, Risilience Climate Risk, BeZero, LongPath Technologies, and Colorado Tourism toward success. Beyond her professional realm, Rachael is committed to fostering future talent as a mentor for the Blackstone Entrepreneur's Network, TechStars, and the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business, demonstrating her commitment to guiding the next wave of creative minds.
