    Linette Casey

    Head of Sales, EAD Americas at Siemens Energy, Inc.

    Linette Casey is the Head of Americas Sales for Electrification, Automation, and Digitalization at Siemens Energy. She is responsible for an international team throughout the Americas from Canada to Argentina that works with major industrial players, often times in hard to abate industries to find complex solutions to decarbonize customer operations. Areas of focus include onshore industries such as data centers, pulp & paper, oil & gas refineries and pipelines, LNG plants, chemical processing plants and other process industries. On the offshore side her team focuses on offshore platforms, subsea operations, and electrification, controls and decarbonized propulsion options including battery powered options for military and civilian marine vessels.

    She has been in the energy industry for more than 20 years holding positions in Logistics, Procurement, Inventory Management and Sales. The majority of her career has been focused on driving the renewable energy transition including long and short duration storage options, hydrogen, and off-shore wind grid integration in search of sustainable options within utilities and industry. She is a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt who holds a B.S. in International Business & Logistics from Maine Maritime Academy and an M.S. in Management from Troy State University. Linette is currently pursuing a second Masters in Corporate Sustainability & Innovation at Harvard.

    Linette is passionate about connecting, developing, and mentoring strong women and girls. She is a founding member of the Boston Chapter of the Women’s Energy Network, serving as President in 2022. She was recently honored by PowerGen International with the Excellence In Character Award (formerly Woman of the Year), TE100 as one of the Top 10 Global Women in Sustainability, and named a finalist for the C3E Excellence in Business Award. She is featured as a Trailblazer in the children’s book “STEM: Women in Energy”

    Having three children, now all college students, has helped Linette hone her work-life integration skills over the course of her career.

    Claudia Garcia is a Senior Manager for Sustainable Planning and Performance at Enel North America and lives in the greater Boston area. She holds a bachelors from Tennessee Technological University in International Business and Cultures and a masters with a focus in energy policy from Comillas Pontifical University in International Affairs. Claudia worked in Repsol in Madrid, Spain before joining the United Nations’ Food and Agriculture Organization headquartered in Rome, Italy where she lived and worked for six years. Claudia serves on the board of the Women’s Energy Network and strongly advocates for girls in STEM and supports women entering the energy sector.

    She is part of a team that works to highlight the company’s strategy and ongoing commitment to environmental and social responsibility. As chief operating officer of the PPL Foundation, she is proud to be able to support the community through the Foundation’s various charitable programs.

    She received her bachelor’s degree in communications from Penn State University and her master’s in strategic public relations from George Washington University.

    Andrea Strickland is an audit partner at KPMG LLP, serving the financial services and energy industries. At KPMG, Andrea serves as a local environmental, social, and governance (ESG) assurance resource, as well as a member of KPMG’s Network of Women (KNOW). Andrea works on both public and private, local and international companies. Her experience within the energy industry includes upstream, midstream and mineral interests companies. Andrea also completed a two-year secondment to Tokyo, Japan where she provided assurance services to large, international financial services institutions. Andrea is a member of the AICPA, an executive member of the Women’s Energy Network, and a board member of DFW World Affairs Council.
