Drawing on over a decade of experience, Vinita advises corporate and private equity clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and sales of companies and businesses, consortium transactions, joint ventures, investments, management rollovers, and reorganizations.

She has experience working in a range of sectors including technology, infrastructure, energy, asset management, life sciences, food and agriculture, manufacturing and consumer goods.

Violeta (Rabanal) Tostanoski is the Head of Corporate Development at Mitsubishi Power, where she leads capital raises and M&A transactions across energy transition and conventional businesses, as well as investor relations.

Violeta has 16+ years of experience in financial services with a focus on infrastructure and energy. Previously, she was part of the Infrastructure Credit team at Global Infrastructure Partners (“GIP”). Prior to GIP, Violeta was a Vice President in Evercore’s M&A Investment Banking team with a focus on infrastructure, power, renewables, and transportation. Previously, she was an investment manager at Rimac, Peru’s largest insurance company, where she led the short-term fixed income strategy, and was also an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Universidad del Pacifico.

Violeta holds an M.B.A with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Economics, Summa Cum Laude, from Universidad del Pacifico. She is a CFA Charterholder.

Alyssa Hooper is a Managing Director at Ara Partners focused on the infrastructure strategy. Alyssa has over ten years of infrastructure investment and project finance experience. Prior to joining Ara, Alyssa was a Principal at Global Infrastructure Partners focused across numerous verticals, including transportation, digital infrastructure, and energy. Previously, Alyssa served as a Vice President in Goldman Sachs, where she built and led the Midstream Leveraged Finance business. She started her career in investment banking at Credit Suisse, where she served as Associate in the Leveraged Finance Origination & Restructuring group and as an Analyst in the Global Energy and Project Finance group.

Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from New York University Stern School of Business.

Debbie Kross is the Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at Origis Energy. She leads a team that raises debt and tax equity for utility scale solar and storage projects in the US. Prior to joining Origis a year ago, Debbie spent her career in banking, for the most part in Project Finance, focused on power generation and infrastructure in North America, at international and domestic banks, most recently at Wells Fargo.

Debbie lives in NYC with her husband, her teenage children, and her rescue dog Oscar.
