WENOK's 2025/2026 Mentoring Circle registration is open!

The WENOK Mentoring Circle Program is a mentor facilitated peer-to-peer mentoring program that provides you with networking and professional development opportunities. This program is open to all WEN members who are interested in participating as a mentor or mentee. All memberships must be active and paid to participate.

WENOK will launch a new format for the 2025/2026 program based on member feedback. In August we will host kick-off events in both OKC and Tulsa. September meetings will be dedicated to meeting your circle and getting to know each other. Participants will engage in Fireside Chats with industry and community leaders in October, January, and March. Circles will then meet in November, February, and April in our traditional small group discussion format to discuss the Fireside Chat topics and foster career and leadership development. The Mentoring Circle Program will wrap up in May with celebratory events in OKC and Tulsa for all participants.

You can either register as a mentor or a mentee; please see below descriptions for each role:

• Mentors will review monthly content, organize monthly circle meetings, and lead their circle discussions. Mentors will typically lead a group of 5 - 8 mentees.
• Mentees will review monthly content, attend scheduled circle meetings, and participate in circle discussions.

Circles will meet once a month from September 2025 through May 2026. The 2025/2026 program will kick off with in-person events in both OKC and Tulsa. Keep an eye out for August kick-off details later this summer!
