Q: What do I wear? Can I still wear my boots?

A: We encourage attendees to wear cocktail attire, tuxes, or suits! Come ready to dance! And YES, you can still wear your boots, or feel free to lean into the evening's Emerald City theme!!

Q: Can I take photos and/or videos?

A: YES! Planning on taking selfies or short videos and posting them to social media? Don't forget to tag us! #WENGala2025, and tag our social media pages. Instagram tag is @wen_pittsburgh​; Facebook tag is @wenpgh​.

Q: When will the pictures be ready?

A: All media will be ready 3-4 weeks after the Gala.

Q: Can I opt out of any photos and/or video recordings of myself to be used for marketing purposes of the event?

A: By attending the gala your likeness may be used in any media, including, but not limited to, photos, videos, and/or recordings to be used to promote the gala and/or future events as deemed necessary by Women's Energy Network as well as the Media Team. However, we will do our best to accommodate anyone not wishing to appear in close-up video or imagery. When attending the event, please kindly make a request with the nearest photographer or videographer. However, by attending the event, Women's Energy Network, its subsidiaries, and the media team have the right to use any image, photograph, voice, or likeness, without limitation, in its promotional materials and publicity efforts without compensation. All media becomes the property of WEN. Media may be displayed, distributed, or used by WEN for any purpose. WEN shall not be responsible for photographs or videos taken and/or shared by other event attendees.

Q: Where do I park?

A: On-site parking daily rate is $34. There are also various hourly lots in the vicinity. 

Q: Do I need to bring cash for the auction?

A: No, we are doing a Silent Auction that you will be able to bid directly from your phone on. An email will be sent out to all attendees with instructions before the gala. We will also have a sign by the auction basket table with instructions on how to participate.If you'd like to prepare in advance, please download the Handbid App from your app store. 

Q: Will walk-ins be accepted? 

A: No walk-ins

Q: If my plans change, can I get a refund?

A: No refunds, but if your plans change the ticket can be transferred to another attendee - with ample notice to WEN
