Join us for our 2025 Golf 101 Series!


How many of us have wanted to attend an industry golf event or learn the sport of golf but didn't know where to start? This series will focus on different aspects of the game of golf. Don't need a refresher in the basics of golf? Feel free to attend the event(s) that suits your skill level and needs.


This is a 5-part a' la carte series that consists of the following:

  • Introduction to Golf
  • Putt & Sip
  • Chip & Dip
  • Driving
  • 9-Hole Tournament

You do not need to attend every event to participate.


Golf 101 is an introduction to everything golf! From what to wear, to what you need in your bag, what to expect at an outing, clubs, course etiquette and everything in-between. This event will feature a presentation on all of the basics and afterwards there will be networking and an opportunity to try out your skills on the new indoor golf simulator at Gateway Engineer's office.


Wear comfortable clothing and shoes to try out the golf simulator. Light refreshments and snacks will be available.

Don't forget to bring business cards! WEN has a non-solicitation policy. By registering for this event, the attendee agrees to adhere to the policy.


Recordings Prohibited

WEN is an organization that provides educational opportunities to members and nonmembers; however, recording of the presentation, speaker, and / or content is prohibited. The presentation is the property of the speaker and/or their organization and is not to be removed from the event without prior written consent. The Board may and will take remedial action against any individual, member, or any program participant in the event of non-adherence to this policy. Such action may range from a private or company-led warning to suspension of WEN membership for a stated term or a prohibition on attending future WEN events.
