Golf 101 Series: 9-Hole Tournament

Join us for our 2023 Golf 101 Series!


How many of us have wanted to attend an industry golf event or learn the sport of golf but didn't know where to start? This series will focus on different aspects of the game of golf. Don't need a refresher in the basics of golf? Feel free to attend the event(s) that suits your skill level and needs.


This is a 5-part a' la carte series that consists of the following:

  • Introduction to Golf
  • Putt & Sip
  • Chip & Dip
  • Driving
  • 9-Hole Tournament

You do not need to attend every event to participate.


The 5th and final event of the Golf 101 series combines all of the skills you have learned along the way and gives you the chance to practice on the course! An experienced caddy will be provided to help you navigate the 9-hole scramble at Washington Country Cub. Dinner will be served after the tournament, and individual and team prizes will be presented. Raffle prizes will be drawn during dinner.

  • Check-in at 12:30 pm
  • Shotgun Start at 1:30 pm
  • Dinner will follow the tournament

Refunds are a chapter-by-chapter decision. Please contact the event contact with the cancellation or refund requests.


Recordings Prohibited

WEN is an organization that provides educational opportunities to members and nonmembers; however, recording of the presentation, speaker, and / or content is prohibited. The presentation is property of the speaker and/or their organization and is not to be removed from the event without prior written consent. The Board may and will take remedial action against any individual, member, or any program participant in the event of non-adherence to this policy. Such action may range from a private or company-led warning, to suspension of WEN membership for a stated term or a prohibition on attending future WEN events.
