Rolling Hills Ranch Waiver Requirements
Attendees will be required to sign a general release form. Helmet waiver forms will be required for any riders that choose to opt-out of wearing a helmet. Riders are must be under 250 pounds to participate.

Media Release Agreement
By registering for this event, the attendee acknowledges that Women's Energy Network (WEN) and its subsidiaries may take photos and video of this event for use in WEN news and promotional material, in print, electronic and other media, including the WEN website. By registering for this event, I grant WEN and its subsidiaries the right to use any image, photograph, voice, or likeness, without limitation, in its promotional materials and publicity efforts without compensation. All media becomes the property of WEN. Media may be displayed, distributed, or used by WEN for any purpose. WEN shall not be responsible for photographs or videos taken and/or shared by other event attendees.
Non-Solicitation Policy
Don't forget to bring business cards! WEN has a non-solicitation policy. By registering for this event, the attendee agrees to adhere to the policy.
Recordings Prohibited
WEN is an organization that provides educational opportunities to members and nonmembers; however, recording of the presentation, speaker, and / or content is prohibited. The presentation is the property of the speaker and/or their organization and is not to be removed from the event without prior written consent. The Board may and will take remedial action against any individual, member, or any program participant in the event of non-adherence to this policy. Such action may range from a private or company-led warning to suspension of WEN membership for a stated term or a prohibition on attending future WEN events.
