With over 25 years of leadership and management experience in various sectors, Angela Kouplen, has demonstrated a track record of excellence in in information technology, human resources, contracts, and facilities management. Currently, Angela serves as the Senior Vice President of Administration and Chief Human Resources Officer of ONE Gas overseeing benefits, talent management, compensation, inclusion and diversity initiatives.

Previously, Angela held key roles such as Vice President of Administration and Chief Information Officer at the University of Tulsa and Senior Vice President of Administration and Chief Information Officer at WPX Energy. Additionally, she serves as an Independent Director for AAON, Inc., chairing the Compensation Committee and serving as a member of the Audit Committee. Angela also actively participates in a variety of nonprofit boards and charity organizations.

Angela earned her Bachelor of Science in Management with the minor in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tulsa. She is married to Sean and has three children, Emory, Kennedy, and Finn.
