    Kate Heiken is an accomplished leader and strategic problem-solver with an extensive track record of delivering exceptional results across various disciplines. Kate has been with the company for over 15 years and was Ovintiv’s first female drilling manager in Oklahoma, North Dakota, and Utah. In her current role as a strategic and planning development lead engineer, she orchestrates the budget and program outlook, aligning development plans and operational schedules to achieve organizational objectives. Her dynamic problem-solving abilities, analytical aptitude, and strategic mindset enable her to identify root causes and implement innovative solutions. With a strong affinity for recruiting, mentoring, and developing talent; Kate fosters a collaborative and empowering environment that brings out the best in individuals.

    In addition to her career, Kate is also a mother of two daughters and an active member in her community. She serves on the American Association of Drilling Engineers Casino Night Committee, which raises money for scholarships. Additionally, she serves on Montana Tech’s Industry Advisory Board and actively involved in her daughters’ education.

    Jenny’s most recent role was Chief Administrative Officer at Southwestern Energy where she spent 11 years prior to her departure at the end of 2020. She has spent the last few years actively engaging in personal time as this is the first time she has not worked! Currently, she is intentionally pursuing her next chapter of her life. Core to Jenny’s passion is her strong, servant leadership style and generous spirit in giving to those in need through non-profit board service for multiple organizations in the Houston area and many volunteer activities.

    Jenny’s career spans multiple companies in the energy, financial services, and managed services industries where she has been regarded as an expert in aligning HR strategies with operational strategy to deliver business outcomes. Her experience allows her to leverage expertise that includes business transformations, executive development and succession, executive compensation, human capital management and optimization, operational excellence, diversity and inclusion, cultural transitions, and culture sustainment.

    Jenny is a multi-industry problem-solving strategic executive balancing, decades of experience with intuition to deliver practical, executable Human Resources strategies that propel long and near-term business objectives. She is an insightful, action-oriented leader who synthesizes complex corporate environments to provide advisory and expert-level consulting and coaching to company leadership, boards, and key stakeholders.

    Emma currently works for Hess Corporation as a Senior Manager within the Global Supply Chain Team where she is responsible for leading a diversified team across Digital, Emerging Technology and Functional support Categories. Her teams focus areas include successful commercial delivery on piloted technologies scaling into the organization, stand up category strategies in support of advances in software solutions, technology to implement fit for purpose contracts and maintaining strong relationships with Strategic Suppliers and Senior Stakeholders.

    Before her tenure at Hess, Emma was the Director for Member Success for Warm Commerce, a startup company where Emma used her experience within the Energy industry, operations and supply chain to support all the organizations and members on the SaaS platform as well as company operations and platform development.

    Prior to joining Warm Commerce, Emma gained international experience working for BHP over 11 years executing a variety of roles within their Commercial and Supply Chain functions in Australia, Malaysia and the US. This included managing procurement teams and category management groups as well as supporting relationships with executive and senior business stakeholders across both onshore and offshore operations.

    Emma has a passion for supporting gender equality and empowering women to push forward their careers and plays an active role in the Women’s Energy Network by serving on the Houston Chapter Board as Director of Community Initiatives from 2020-2022. This team annually executes on the Young Women Energized program which raises 100k for 10 scholarships awarded to talented young women in Greater Houston as well as the STEM conference for high school students.

    Emma is originally from Australia, due to head back to her homeland in November, has a four year old daughter Ava and two previous kitties with her wonderful husband Collin, In their personal time enjoy playing golf (whether she’s any good or not is to be seen 😊), travelling and spending quality time with family and friends.
