A sought-after speaker, Lamonica has presented at the 2022 Energy Inclusion Conference (received DEI Champion Award), 2022 ESG Capstone Seminar, and 2024 Women’s Energy Network Global Conference to name a few. Her dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion earned her the DEI Professional in the Energy Industry GRIT Award.

As an active Steering Committee Member of the United Way of Greater Houston’s Women’s Initiative affinity group, she is doing the work in the community as well.

    Lamonica Spivey is an HR and DEI executive with over 25 years of experience in the Food & Beverage and O&G industry. In her most recent role as an Inclusion, Diversity & Corporate Social Responsibility Director, she led initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace and drive corporate responsibility efforts across North America and globally.

    A sought-after speaker, Lamonica has presented at the Energy Inclusion Conference (received DEI Champion Award), ESG Capstone Seminar, and Women’s Energy Network Global Conference to name a few. As an industry leader and industry difference-maker, she was recognized with a GRIT Award. She has also served as the Chair of the Energy Workforce & Technology Council's Inclusion & Diversity Engagement Committee, where she collaborates with industry leaders and peers to advance inclusion and diversity initiatives across the energy sector.
