Bailey has over 18 years of experience in the energy services industry with a focus on chemistry, and currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Refined Technologies. Prior to this position, she worked for other major service companies in a variety of roles covering technology, marketing, business development and operations. She holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder, an MBA from McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, and was selected as one of Hart Energy’s “Forty Under Forty” class of 2023. Bailey resides in Houston with her husband and their four young (and very energetic) sons.
