Bonnie Monych is a passionate people strategist and business performance analyst who provides over 25 years of human capital consulting in the areas of Human Capital Forensics, Leadership Assessment and Development, Team Development and Group Performance, Targeted Training and Development and Coaching. She is also considered to be a “cutting-edge expert” on the subject of Generations in the Workplace publishing her second book, “Get Your Shift Together: The Secret to Working with Multiple Generations”. She has coached thousands of individuals on how to achieve an effective and rewarding career path through her group sessions and coaching practice. Since joining Insperity, she has continued to perform as a Trusted Advisor and Human Capital Performance Specialist guiding clients in the strategic direction of their human resource development needs.

She graduated from the University of Houston with a BBA in Finance and spent the first 15 years of her career as a Corporate Banker. She is a Certified Personnel Consultant and Facilitator, received her certification as a Mediator specializing in Conflict Resolution as well as Certification in Extended DISC and DDI. Bonnie completed her training based on Brene’ Brown, Ph.D.,LMSW’s Dare to Lead in 2020.
