Brooke is an engineer and executive with over two decades of experience in the energy sector. In 2021, she established HIF Global's US business and was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for HIF USA. As COO, Brooke leads multi-disciplined teams in project development, technical design, engineering, and construction execution for HIF Global's North American opportunities. In addition to her technical and operational responsibilities, she oversees community relations, regulatory compliance, environmental permitting, sustainability, and is frequently invited to speak at global conferences and community events.
Brooke's commitment to decarbonization and clean energy is evident throughout her career. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a specialty in Power and Energy from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining HIF Global, Brooke held a variety of technical and management positions with responsibilities for Operations, Business Development, Engineering and Construction at Energy Transfer and Tellurian. She has led several multi-billion-dollar energy infrastructure projects from origination and financing through execution and operation for both established companies and start up environments.

Her dedication to advancing large-scale energy infrastructure and driving positive change in the industry has positioned her as a valuable asset in developing broad strategic and sustainable vision, defining a corporate culture that aligns and implementing innovation.
Brooke was named to the McKinsey and Company 2023-2024 Advancing Women Executives cohort and has served on various committees for the American Petroleum Institute (API) and Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA). She also holds an accreditation from the University of Houston’s Hydrogen Economy Program.
