Suzi Lantz is a Partner and Senior Leadership Consultant with GiANT Worldwide. GiANT is global leadership tech company that shapes 21st century leaders worth following. As a GiANT, Suzi works with individuals, teams and organizaFons to assess leadership health and provide relevant, visual tools that can be implemented immediately. She works with clients in Healthcare, Energy and UFliFes, ConstrucFon, EducaFon and NonProfit spaces. She is the co-creator of GiANT’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training system and is commiPed to helping leaders develop inclusive team environments where every person can be heard.

Suzi graduated from Malone University with a BA in Secondary Education and English where she is also inducted into their Athletic Hall of Fame for her accomplishments in Track and Field. Suzi currently serves as Board President for Plain Local Schools Foundation and Alumni Association. She also serves on the board of Branches Worldwide as they equip business leaders around the world to impact their communities for change. She and her husband reside in Canton, Ohio with their teenage children Caris (17) and Joshua (15).

Lori Simionides is an independent Coach and Consultant in the areas of Individual and Organizational Development and Program Development Consulting. Lori partnered with GiANT
Worldwide in 2019 as GiANT Certified Coach working with clients in various industries.

She is passionate about unlocking the potential of individuals, teams and organizations to maximize their impact. Lori dedicated 28 years to the Health and Wellness industry holding various positions such as Health and Wellness Director for her local YMCA, and was a Faculty Trainer in Leadership Development, Training, and Wellness Programming for YMCA of the USA. When she stepped away from the Wellness industry, Lori transitioned into ministry as Group Life Director for the North Canton Chapel, where she served for 7 years.

She studied Ministry Leadership (Organizational Leadership) through Moody Bible Institute. She
is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the North Canton Chamber of Commerce, and is also on the North American Board of Directors for Gospel Seed Network in Thailand - partnering with individuals and organizations for Gospel saturation.

Lori and her husband Nick live in Canton, Ohio and are owners of Carnation Chiropractic in Alliance, Ohio. They have 4 sons, 4 daughters-in-law, and 5 grandchildren. She is an avid
exercise enthusiast who loves all things outdoors and also enjoys reading and traveling
