WENOK 2023/2024 Mentoring Circle registration is open!

The WEN Mentoring Circles Program is a mentor facilitated peer-to-peer mentoring program that provides you with networking and professional development opportunities. This program is open to all WEN members who are interested in participating as a mentor or mentee. All memberships must be active and paid to participate.

Join the mentoring program where you will be grouped with a small number of amazing women to share your stories and elevate your leadership skills. The program will leverage Speak Up, Sister! in our traditional small group discussion format to foster career and leadership development among participants.

You can either register as a mentor or a mentee; please see below descriptions for each role:

• Mentors will review monthly content, organize monthly circle meetings, and lead their circle discussions. Mentors will typically lead a group of 5 - 8 mentees.
• Mentees will review monthly content, attend scheduled circle meetings, and participate in circle discussions.

Circles will meet once a month from September 2023 through May 2024. The 2023/2024 program will kick off with an in-person event in OKC on August 21, 2023.

Registering for this event will sign you up for both the 2023/2024 Mentoring Circles and the August kick-off event. The Mentor Chairs will follow up to confirm kick-off event attendance in August. If you want to participate in 2023/2024 Mentoring Circles, but can't commit to attending the kick-off event, that is okay. You still need to register here to participate in Mentoring Circles.
