Caytie Campbell-Orrock (they/them) a proud queer and nonbinary climate advocate based in their hometown of Boston, MA. They are a Deputy Director of the Building Electrification Institute, working with city staff and local communities to co-create ambitious and equitable building decarbonization strategies. They focus on community and building data analysis, equitable community engagement, and policy and program design that centers the needs of historically marginalized communities, leaning into the critical intersections of climate and public health, housing, resilience, and economic justice.

Alexandra (she/her) is a Sr. Benefits & Enrichment Partner at Form Energy, an energy storage company focused on developing a new class of cost-effective, multi-day energy storage systems that will enable a reliable and fully-renewable electric grid year-round. Specializing in People Operations at startups, Alexandra's work has focused on incorporating DEI practices to create exceptional employee experiences. She has experience developing and launching company-wide DEI initiatives, creating frameworks for Employee Resource Groups, and integrating DEI practices into sustainable company habits.

Deanna Sassorossi, Sustainability Analyst, Eversource
As a Sustainability Analyst, Deanna works on a broad range of projects to further advance Eversource’s overall sustainability initiatives, including the company’s goal to be carbon neutral by 2030. She is heavily involved in efforts to track sustainability rater performance, work cross-functionally to improve company sustainability performance, as well as develop the annual sustainability report. Deanna has a strong passion for energy and sustainability and is proud to play a part in the drive towards a sustainable future.
Deanna serves on the Board of Directors of New England Women in Energy and the Environment (NEWIEE) and acts as the Co-Chair of the DEI Committee. She was recently recognized by the Environmental Business Council of New England with the 2022 Ascending Leader Award. Deanna is a proud Mexican-American and member of the LGBT+ Community and is involved with the Conexion early career professionals' program as well as Out in Energy, a national network of professionals working across the US energy and climate sectors, and across all energy sources and technologies.
