Dr. Kathryn Keeton is a licensed psychologist in the state of Texas. Her specialties include executive coaching, leadership, team development and entrepreneurship. She was recognized in 2017 for the San Antonio Business Journal Women’s Leadership Award, and in 2021 given the 40 under 40 award. Kathryn is a successful entrepreneur and serves as the Executive Director for the Center for Professional Excellence and a Professor of Practice at UTSA’s Alvarez College of Business. She has authored and co-authored many research publications on topics related to innovation, team development, employee engagement and leadership training. Kathryn is a member of the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychologists, and the American Psychological Association.
