    Vicki Harris has enjoyed a diverse IT career across the telecom, software and energy industries. At Chevron, she has held IT management positions in strategic and operational roles across multiple business units. From 2015-2020 she led Chevron’s journey to the cloud which included a number of firsts for Chevron: Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), the Azure agreement with Microsoft and a single pipeline design for delivering code. She also led the Application and Platform Engineering Services Product Line delivering the tools and automation to increase speed of solutions to customers and making data as code a reality for developers and citizen developers.

    In her role as Digital Manager with Chevron New Energies Vicki is focused on delivering digital technologies to enable the Hydrogen, CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage) and Offsets and Emerging businesses.

    Vicki enjoys leading large-scale change and believes in actionable strategies and fostering high performing teams. She is an advocate for leadership development and serves on the Board of Directors for Leadership San Ramon Valley which guides the delivery of leadership programs for business and civic leaders.

    A strong believer in civic involvement, she served on the Transportation Advisory Committee for the City of San Ramon from 2009 to 2013, and on the Planning Commission from 2017 to 2019. Vicki lives in San Ramon, CA and enjoys traveling with family.

    Adriana is an IT Professional with 23 years’ experience, starting as an Application Support Developer on a Satellite Network Operations Team at Chevron. Her talent and leadership qualities were recognized early. She has since led various teams within Chevron’s Law, Environmental, Upstream and Supply Chain, and Finance business functions. In 2018, Adriana received the president’s award for saving Chevron over $130MM.

    Adriana serves as a role model in her community having overcome the challenges of being a young single mother while graduating college. Adriana serves her community through “Somos”, Chevron’s Hispanic global employee network and Chevron’s Hispanic Technical Recruiting Team. She is currently an Executive President in both these organizations and also leads the Somos Hispanic Outreach and Language Assimilation team. In 2022, Adriana sought to expand her community impact by serving as the President-elect of the California Chapter of Women’s Energy Network. She is currently the President.

    She has received multiple awards in recognition of her accomplishments in career, education and community service over time, including the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility’s Young Hispanic Corporate Achiever’s Award and Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) Star of Today Award, both in 2016. She remains involved as a speaker and recruiter at SHPE and Hispanic Engineer National Achievement Awards Conferences.
