    Heather Dziedzic, leads the public policy for ABC's member companies, bringing the value of biogas to the renewable energy and low carbon fuels conversation, supporting organic waste recycling through energy project deployment and other sustainable agriculture policies at all levels of government, across the country. She is a champion for American agriculture, a strategic and innovative leader with a demonstrated history of working in government affairs, renewable energy development, corporate strategy, environmental and sustainability visioning. Ms. Dziedzic has specialized experience in biogas, RNG, carbon policy, government affairs and public policy, utility regulation, and environmental compliance.
    Ms. Dziedzic has a Masters in Energy Policy and Law from Vermont Law and Graduate School, with focus in Environmental Law, renewable energy policy, and Oil & Gas regulations and Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from the University of Notre Dame. She also has a Water, Wetlands, and Marine Resources Professional Certification from Duncan and Duncan Wetland and Endangered Species.

    Deli Cole helps leverage Chevron’s West Coast assets through creative partnerships to develop equity supply for Hydrogen in support of the transportation segment in California and to de-risk the value chain. She engages with external parties across the industry to share Chevron’s lower carbon story and highlight Chevron’s strength as a key innovation partner to achieve net zero ambitions. Ms. Cole joined Chevron in 2013, as a Business Consultant in the Downstream & Chemicals, Lubricants business unit and is recognized for her integrative and bold problem-solving abilities. She has since held several positions of increasing responsibility centered around technology innovation, workflow automation and lower carbon energy solutions.
    Prior to joining Chevron, Ms. Cole worked as a Business Development Manager at NBCUniversal in the Partnerships and Licensing Group. In that role, Ms. Cole delivered $30M+ in untapped revenue opportunities in the areas of merchandise, wine and spirits, and interactive games for both the theme park and motion picture divisions.
    Ms. Cole holds an MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business and BBA from the University of North Texas. She also has a certification in Data Science from Harvard Business School and is a member of the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers. In her free time, Ms. Cole enjoys fitness, hiking and playing golf. Her passion lies at the intersection of business and philanthropy.

    Chicovia Scott is currently the commercial manager for Renewable Natural Gas(RNG) at Chevron and responsible for the ‘poop to energy’ business. She has over 15 years of experience in technical, business development & commercial functions at Chevron. Before Chevron, Ms. Scott held several positions in or related to the oil and gas industry including process and facilities engineering, valuation, consulting and energy investment banking. In these positions, she gained extensive experience in project management, due diligence and deal research, valuation modeling, divestiture transactions and business planning.
    Her education includes a Bachelor of Science from Florida A&M University in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from Rice University. In her free time, Ms. Scott enjoys spending time with her extended family.

    Lynn McGuire, P.E.(CA) has over 35 years of experience as a subject matter expert in process and environmental engineering applied to air quality, greenhouse gas (GHG) management and carbon reduction in corporate programs, capital projects, reporting and sustainability practices. She consults with clients primarily in industrial, manufacturing and energy sector, including energy consumers, producers, and fuels manufacturing, distribution and use.
    Ms. McGuire has also taught courses in air pollution control systems and strategies and guest lectures on renewable energy for the University of California Berkeley and Davis Extension programs, She has authored nationally distributed publications, and presented papers on renewable energy, carbon accounting and management, reporting and regulatory compliance at national conferences. Ms. McGuire is a certified LEED Verifier under the California Air Resources Board (CARB) GHG Emissions Data Mandatory Reporting Rule. She holds a B.S. degree from UC Davis, and M.S. degree from University of Texas, Austin, both in Chemical Engineering.
