Carolyn brings over 12 years of experience implementing clean energy programs and services including rooftop solar, storage, EVs, and demand-side management. She has a Bachelors of Science and MBA from University of California, Davis where she did consulting work for the Energy and Efficiency Center as an Emerging Venture Analyst. She leverages her experiences at one of the leading utilities in the country, Pacific Gas & Electric and experience at Sunrun, one of the leading residential rooftop solar companies to advise utilities on various aspects of their DER operating model and support their efforts to scale DER adoption.

Shirley Arazi has worked at the Sempra family of companies, Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas) and San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E), since June 2006. Over the past 17 years, she has held numerous roles with increasing responsibilities in Regulatory Affairs, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Sustainability. She started her current role as SoCalGas Director of Angeles Link - Regulatory and Policy in March 2024.

Shirley received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Finance and a minor in Psychology from the University of Arizona in 2006. She also received a Masters in Business Administration from San Diego State University in 2010.

Brooke has 10 years of experience in utilities consulting, supporting clients with grid modernization strategy, low-income customer support, and risk management. She is originally from Chicago, loves mountain biking and baking, and is looking forward to growing her network of like-minded women in the industry!
