I have worked as a valued advisor to executives and boards of directors globally across a wide range of industries including healthcare, technology, finance, defense, and food service. Widely acknowledged for my ability to authentically connect with people to uncover insights, expectations, biases, and barriers, I am driven to actively engage and serve clients through a proven, results-based process.
Hiring the right people is only part of the equation. Integrating new team members into an organization impacts efficacy, cohesion, and productivity, accelerating their time to value. This
specific New Leader Integration (NLI) process, which has been developed and refined over ten years, supports new leaders over their first 100 days, engaging with stakeholders, senior leaders, and investors to help clarify priorities, accelerate effectiveness, and build powerful psychological contracts inside the organization. These NLI engagements often lead to longer term coaching relationships.
In addition to my passion for developing leaders, I have worked extensively in public education as a teacher, administrator, and consultant. I currently co-own several businesses in the healthcare clinical and wellness space and am the proud mother of four amazing kids.
