WEN Greater NYC welcomes you to a virtual lunch/coffee session to meet and network with WEN's President, President-Elect, and Senior Board Members from various functions (Mentorship, Programming, etc). Find out how to get involved, our mentorship circle, volunteering and leadership opportunities, and future events. We'd love to get feedback from current and prospective members on events that best suit your needs!

Speaker Bios:


President

Margaret Osmulski is a Principal on the Infrastructure Debt team at Ares, where she specializes in financing infrastructure projects. Prior to Ares, Margaret was a Vice President on the Infrastructure Debt Team at AMP Capital and an Analyst on the Power & Development and Financial Institutions teams at GE Energy Financial Services. Margaret has experience with underwriting, execution and management of development, construction and operating assets within the energy, utilities, transportation and digital infrastructure sectors. Margaret Osmulski is currently serving as the President of the Greater New York City chapter of WEN and has been a member of WEN since the chapter's inception in 2016. Margaret has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Fairfield University.


President-Elect

Jamie is a Vice President on Silicon Valley Bank's project finance team. She has diverse transaction experience across core infrastructure, PPPs, renewables, clean technology, midstream and conventional power. Jamie has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Washington and Master's in Public Administration, focusing on Energy & Sustainability, from Columbia University.


Co-Chair of Programming

Vidyu Kishor is a Director of Investments on the Renewables & Grid Solutions team at Osaka Gas USA where she focuses on originating and execution of investments into renewables, storage technology and new technologies – Hydrogen, Carbon Sequestration, Electric Vehicle Infrastructure etc. Prior to Osaka Gas, she was a Vice President, Project Finance at Soltage, LLC, a solar & storage developer. She graduated from Columbia SIPA in 2017 with an MPA EE degree. Prior to that she was a practicing attorney in India.


Co-Chair of Mentorship

Chelsea Wolgel is a Manager at ICF, a global management consulting firm and technology service provider. Chelsea currently supports utility clients in modernizing the energy grid to be more efficient and resilient through innovative programs utilizing smart technology. Prior to joining ICF, Chelsea worked at a variety of organizations from research institutes to non-profits, with her work always focusing on energy and sustainability. Chelsea currently serves on the board of the Greater New York City chapter of the Women's Energy Network (WEN) as the Mentoring Co-Chair running the chapter's mentoring program. Chelsea is a graduate of Boston University where she completed a four-year combined B.A. / M.A. program in Energy & Environment.


Co-Chair of Mentorship

Jasmine Zhu is currently the VP of Platform Sales at Xpansiv, a global marketplace for environmental commodities. Her role involves working with developers, market makers, and buyers in building liquidity in the marketplace. Jasmine has more than 18 years of commodities experience working in Sales & Trading, Originations, business developments and risk management in US and Asia.

Prior to joining Xpansiv, Jasmine was a Senior Commercial Manager at S&P Global Platts, where she covered global strategic accounts. Prior to Platts, she was the Vice President at Morgan Stanley's Commodities Division where she worked in New York, Singapore and Shanghai.

Jasmine received her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from SUNY Buffalo, and holds an MBA from Fordham University.
