Terecia Martin is the Vice President of Land at Texland Petroleum, L.P and the current North Texas Chapter President of the Women's Energy Network.
After seventeen years of working in higher education Ms. Martin started her career in the energy industry with Pogo Producing Company, Inc. in Midland, Texas. In 2007, she accepted a position at Aruba Petroleum, Inc. in Plano as Manager over Land, Legal and Surveying. After ten years with Aruba, Ms. Martin moved to Fort Worth to take the Land Manager position at Texland Petroleum, L.P. She was named Vice President-Land six months later.
Ms. Martin is the 2024 President for the Women’s Energy Network – North Texas Chapter, has served as a Mentor and as Co-Chair for the WEN-NT Charitable Funds Committee. She is a Registered Professional Landman, member of the American Association of Professional Landmen, Fort Worth Professional Landmen and served on the American Association of Professional Landmen Forms Committee from 2019 – 2022.

Hasmik Belich is Sr. Director of Product Management at Enverus bringing over 18 years of experience delivering analytics solutions in energy industry with a focus on upstream oil and gas. Hasmik leads Minerals market segment strategy working with customers to maximize business outcomes in the minerals and royalty sector. Hasmik has led different product teams at Enverus including MineralSoft, EnergyLink and RigData. Prior to joining Enverus, Hasmik was the Director of Upstream Energy Data at S&P Global Platts where she led a global team of analysts responsible for data enrichment across the life of a well for analytics.

Business Operations Manager at Oncor Electric Delivery
Katie Pelton is the Business Operations Manager for Transmission Operations & Construction Management at Oncor Electric Delivery. She manages a team that oversees contract compliance to ensure cost controls and contractor performance metrics. Internally, the team provides oversight to Transmission Operations’ capital and maintenance budgets and provides field accounting support. Katie’s team was formed in 2021 to improve on construction business processes and provide analytics to make data driven decisions. The Business Operations team built a robust and customized KPI system that includes invoicing and change order systems, onboarding templates, end to end RFP process, and many more customized business solutions.
Katie first joined Oncor in 2014 in Supply Chain, Sourcing & Procurement working as a buyer for 5 years mostly focused on sourcing for risk mitigation and negotiating master service agreements. She rounds out her supply chain experience in warehousing and logistics during her time running the family business, an international supplier to the broom, brush and mop industry. Katie Pelton graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelors in Accounting & Finance.

Prior to this role, Dusti was a Sr. Director of Global Finance and focused extensively with leading the design, build, strategy for many applications focused on the Advisory business. Dusti has been involved with the Advisory and Global GWS business to help streamline their business process, technology strategy and help with overall global organization.
In her twenty-year tenure with CBRE/TCC, Dusti has held many diverse roles which also included working within Asset Services and leading one of CBRE’s largest client accounts. Within this role she helped create Accounting and operational excellence to foster growth of CBRE/TCC largest account.
Dusti holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance & Economics from the University of Texas. She has 3 children and loves to travel which was born from traveling abroad extensively with her previous roles.

Sarah currently serves on the Texas Energy Council Board of Directors and is an active Executive Member and serves on the Board of Directors of the Women’s Energy Network Houston chapter. Previously, she was chosen as one of the “25 Influential Women in Energy” by Hart Energy’s Oil & Gas Investor magazine in 2023 and was also honored by the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce with the Trailblazer Award in 2022.
